Login Tracking

Login tracking allows administrators to view and manage the history of user logins to the application.  

To access Login Tracking:

1. Select Admin from the Gear icon menu. The Administration page displays.

2. Click Logins within the Security Access section. The Login Tracking page displays.

3. You can search the login history by:

   1. Username - Unique username

   2. Session GUID - Unique GUID of the Session the login entry corresponds to

   3. Computer IP - IP of the computer from which the user logged in

   4. Date - Date of the login attempt

   5. Login Result - Usually LoginSuccess or LoginFailure

Searching with no criteria specified, will return all Login records for the application.

In addition to searching the full login history, search results can also be sorted by clicking an individual column header. Clicking the column header a second time reverses the sort order.

Individual login entries can be removed by clicking Delete in the first column.
