SSOM Deployment Prerequisites

Software Requirements

  • SharePoint: Should meet the minimum requirements for SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2016, or SharePoint 2019 (Foundation or Server)
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or higher

Hardware Requirements

  • Processor: 64-bit, four-core
  • Memory:
    • Minimum 8 GB for developer or evaluation user installation with database on same server
    • 10 to 24 GB PREFERRED
  • Disk: 80 GB for system drive + space for logging, debugging, memory dumps + day- to-day operations
