New Operators

"Is Blank" and "Is Not Blank" have been added for Rule Triggers, Classification Rules, and Rule Sets.

Is Blank - Matches to properties where the value is null or "".
Is Not Blank - Matches to properties that are not blank.

Security Updates

Added a series of enhancements to improve the security of Gimmal Records.

SharePoint Online Connector (SPOC)

'Title' value change

Responding to customer feedback indicating the default ‘Title’ value was not helpful for identifying SharePoint files in a list, the value used for the clickable ‘Title’ column in the user interface will be the DisplayName property, if available.

Note: Customers will need to run Full Classification to reflect changes for all records. Otherwise, the Title value will be updated to the DisplayName in Gimmal Records as incremental classification crawls items.

Optimizations have been added to make the custom and incremental classifications more robust and performant.

Known Issues

108421	SPOC	In some cases, the @sp.checkedoutby property is blank in Gimmal Records for valid users when another user is deleted from an M365 SharePoint Online Tenancy.
